History of the Park
When Andre Van Niekerk from Multi Properties first approached the Steinhoff board about developing excess land surrounding the existing PG Bison Sawmill, he had a full breakdown of the opportunity.
The development, which was later named Steinhoff Park, would take advantage of the existing lack of infrastructure and would be able to offer 40 separate stands within a short period.
The board was impressed with the proposal and agreed to go ahead with the development. All 40 stands were sold within a month, and a cluster of industrial properties was born.
Dieter Helmrich from Steinhoff Properties worked closely with Guy Spargo, Spargo Properties and Paul Manson-Kullin from Multi Properties, to make Steinhoff Park a reality.
Since then, the Park continues to grow and thrive, attracting new businesses and creating new job opportunities in the Garden Route.
Together, they created a master plan for the area which includes office space, retail outlets, exceptional warehousing and manufacturing spaces.
The success of Steinhoff Park is a testament to the vision of Andre Van Niekerk and the whole Multi Properties team.
